The late recognition of the relation between energy , sustainable development and the environment in order to reduce poverty , inequality and decrease of climate change leads to a transition from old and oppressive energy systems towards the restructuring of these systems and moving towards fairer processes for access to energy . The energy justice movement recently has been taken into account with emphasize on the necessity of achieving a global energy system without discrimination , reliable , low cost and appropriate for current , future , and environment generations. In the meantime, one of the attention areas of energy justice is the determination of fair and reasonable energy rates, which, while providing reasonable access to modern and sustainable energy for everyone, takes into account the costs of energy production, transmission and distribution. This research by using descriptive - analytical method and using library resources , demonstrates that energy justice and forecasting of its reflection in energy sector regulations and paying attention to the role of the government as a regulatory government, specifically here in the tariffing sector, innovation and several areas to reform the current energy systems and advance the public interest and universal access to sustainable, fair and non-discriminatory energy with tariffs brings real and at the same time protection of disadvantaged households to the policy makers.
