Abstract
Regarding the importance and necessity of electricity for supplying the basic needs of a society, there is no need to provide a reason. The increasing need to benefit from electricity and the financial limitations of governments and their avoidance of entrepreneurship have caused governments to benefit from the expertise and capital and property of the domestic and foreign private sector; The conditions governing foreign investment are different from domestic investment; Because the determination of the governing law and the authority to deal with the disputes of the parties and the guarantee of the execution of the contract by the investor as well as the guarantee of the investor's capital and such issues require the examination of different investment models in the electricity industry in order to take into account the circumstances and the implementation environment in each case. Select the appropriate model project. Including the necessary parameters for project implementation to regulate the implementation of the stability of the contract and determine the responsibility or non-responsibility of each of the parties to the contract is one of the topics that is taken into consideration in the proposed contractual model. This research is related to the descriptive and analytical method and the results show the necessary points in each of the contract models.
